We ship via USPS first class (2-3 days) after our 3-5 day processing time. Poppy Knots is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please contact your local post office. 

We currently do not accept returns, if you receive a less than perfect knot please email us hellopoppyknots@gmail.com and we will get you taken care of.
